    Intermediate/Advanced Class Application
    Supporting Documents Submission

    NOTES
    • If you have not fulfilled the requirements listed here, you will be asked to pick classes from the beginner classes. There is no exception to this policy.
    • If you want to be considered for review please we will ask that you turn in everything we have asked for in order for you to be considered. Incomplete applications on deadline date will result in us automatically denying you for review/consideration.
    • If you were in our summer program or took another summer class elsewhere. We will also use the summer coach's recommendation to make a final determination on your placement for fall's class. If you did not take the camp with us, it is highly recommended you get this information as soon as possible to incude with your application for review. Please include this info with the judge's feedback document.
    • Note: anyone from our current intermediate/advanced classes who is failing to meet the requirements of the intermediate/advanced class can be denied continuation. Please ensure you have fulfilled the requirements by the end of the class. The class expectations are there for a reason and we ask that parents and students abide by them if they plan to be in the class or we do reserve the right to move you.
    • If you don't have all of this information compiled, you can leave the sections blank for now, but understand that your final placement won't be confirmed until we have received all required documents. Failure to follow up will lead us to placing you in a lower level class.
    • If you are continuing in the same level (eg. you are in intermediate right now and you are continuing in intermediate in the spring), yo do not need to submit files. Just type in your name, email, and agree to the last three statements to be able to go to the next page.
