EDUCATIONAL

Times:
AM class runs from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
PM class runs from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
No full-day option

Dates (Monday to Friday):
Session 1: 28 June - 9 July 2021
Session 2: 12 July - 23 July 2021
Session 3: 26 July - 6 August 2021
Session 4: 9 August - 20 August 2021

Tuition: $700
Eligibility: has completed at least 5th grade

Students will be introduced to basic elements of public speaking and debate. One week will cover public speaking via impromptu and OI and another week will cover basics of debate via Spar debate/argumentation, congressional debate and/or parliamentary debate.

COMPETITIVE

Times:
AM class runs from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
PM class runs from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Full-Day runs from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Dates (Monday to Friday on the first week and Monday to Saturday on the second week):
Session 1: 28 June - 10 July 2021
Session 2: 12 July - 24 July 2021
Session 3: 26 July - 7 August 2021
Session 4: 9 August - 21 August 2021

Tuition: $825 (half-day), $1175 (full-day)
Eligibility: has completed at least 6th grade

Students will choose between Lincoln Douglas and Public Forum for one week of debate. On the other week, they will learn impromptu in speech along with the opportunity of choosing between the following speech events: OI, HI, DI.

Note:
If your child is going into 6th grade next fall, they CANNOT join our competition classes. Failure to follow these instructions will result in us removing your child and forfeiting your fees.

If all state regulations and circumstances support gatherings/in-person meetings by the summer, would you be interested in joining an in-person session? (Keep in mind that we will still be holding online classes and we have not planned anything for physical classes. For now, we are just trying to figure out how many students are interested). *

Yes, I'd love to learn about the possibility of switching to in-person classes if it is safe enough to do so. No, I'm more comfortable with online classes for the moment.
