The last day to drop from the tournament with a full refund is December 1st,
1:00 PM. After that date you are required to pay the full amount. We will be going by the time stamps on email you send to drop out.

Drop Fees

While we do not wish to apply any fee's on our competitors, we have had too many issues in the past with individuals dropping after our drop date. Please understand that drops cost us a great deal of money and labor which puts a heavy stress on our small business.

Please talk to your students about signing them up to a tournament. If they do not feel 100% prepared, talk to your coach. At this point students should be ready.

Please add the drop date to your personal calendar.

Drop/Change deadline for full refund is December 1, 1:00 PM. If you drop after this day and time, you will lose your entry fee and may accumulate additional fees. See bottom.**

* If you sign up a judge, drops will incur a $100 fee, on top of difference owed on the original, non judging registration fee. Please understand that it extremely difficult and expensive to find last minute judges, if any are available at all.

** We do not guarantee any exceptions, emergency or otherwise. Please plan accordingly.
