LATE FALL 2021

☻ 27 September 2021 - 17 December 2021 ☻
ONLINE ONLY
Middle School/High School Program
GRADES 6-12

NEW BEGINNER COMPETITIVE SPEECH AND DEBATE

We want our child to compete. Our child will be competing for the academy and/or their school team. The goal is to get students to actively compete in this activity during the year to build a passion for this activity in the long run. My child may or may not have experience.
- GRADES 6-12

Class Descriptions:
☻Daily guided lectures for their respective speech and events.
☻NSDA & CHSSA approved speech events will be offered: Impromptu and Oratorical Interpretation
☻Students will get several opportunities to perform and debate at competitions during the semester. These will be primarily online with some in person if and when it is permissible.
☻Students will learn via lectures and competitions the formats of Lincoln Douglas or Public Forum based on your selection. Click here to read about the difference.

Pre-Requisites:
  • This camp is designed for students with little to no experience in speech, but who are preparing to compete at tournaments during the school year.
  • Students must be able to participate at least three competition/scrimmage per event taught. Failure to do so means we ask you to join the educational class the following semester or you repeat the beginner course until you have completed the participation requirements.
  • Students are required to take speech and debate for both semesters. Therefore, they need to take two classes per week. There is no exception to this requirement.

Tuition:
$1095 for two online only classes

we understand the class description and are ready to enroll

We would love to have you visit soon at one of our open houses.
