    STUDENT AND CONTACT INFORMATION

    CLASS SELECTION
    • Note: If your selection had become full by the time we receive your form, we will contact you for a second alternative.
    • If you want to choose two selections from speech or debate only, please list your second selection on the students note section.
    • INT means intermediate class and ADV means advanced class.
    • Students in their first year of competitive classes with GSA must take both speech and debate. No exceptions!
    • If you have not fulfilled the requirements listed here, you will be asked to pick classes from the returning beginner classes. Anyone who is new to our program and started in new beginner speech or debate must enroll in beginner returning classes. There is no exception to this policy.
    • If you were not in the intermediate classes last semester (new student to GSA, GSA student in our returning beginner classes, etc), we will follow the procedure outline in our requirement document. If you meet the requirement/threshold for automatic advancement , you will be notified. If you want to be considered for review, we will ask that you turn in everything we have asked for in order for you to be considered. Incomplete applications on deadline date will result in us automatically denying you for review/consideration.
    • Note: anyone from our current intermediate classes who is failing to meet the requirements of the intermediate class can be denied continuation. Please ensure you have fulfilled the requirements by the end of the class. The class expectations are there for a reason and we ask that parents and students abide by them if they plan to be in the class or we do reserve the right to move you.
Grade level for the upcoming school year. 5th graders and younger should join our weekend classes.
    Note:
We will only accept 8th graders and up in our advanced program. All middle schoolers younger than 8th grade will not be considered for the advanced program and will have to choose an intermediate class.

    SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Please attach your documents on this application.

    2. BALLOTS - Ballots/screenshot compilations of judge feedbacks you've received from a couple of your most recent tournaments. Access it through Tabroom, then merge it into one document. This should be a compete set of ballots from atleast 2 of the most recent tournaments. This should include the good AND the bad.

If you would rather attach everything, please convert all work into a word document (please no google docs) and include the URL to the video recording, and any writing samples (cases and blocks or speech) along with your competitive resume, you don't have to email Nadia (nbudiman@tgsastaff.com) your information.
    Max file size: 20MB

Please include any relevant information to help us best place your child into the appropriate class. This is where you can add their competitive resume as well as a link to their video performance for both speech and debate. Please send all work samples to nbudiman@tgsastaff.com or upload below. Failure to provide documentation will result in us not considering you for the classes and being asked to join Beginner until you provide the appropriate documentation.
