Beginner
This is an introductory class to public speaking and debate. The goal of this class is for all students to gain a basic understanding of the activity in a fun and positive environment. Though the class teaches both speech and debate, this class places a greater emphasis on speech than debate. This class is designed assuming that the student has not taken any speech and debate classes before and will cover the basics of public speaking.

Intermediate
This is an intermediate elementary course in public speaking and debate. Students who enroll in this class are expected to have taken at least 1 previous semester of speech and debate. The goal of this class is for all students to continue their educational journey in the activity and further develop their skills through platform, unprepared, and Congressional debate events.
Although the class teaches both speech and debate, it differs from the beginner elementary class in that it places a greater emphasis on Congressional Debate.
INTERMEDIATE SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
☻ Saturdays 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM ☻ Sundays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM ☻
Although the class teaches both speech and debate, it differs from the beginner elementary class in that it places a greater emphasis on Congressional Debate.
INTERMEDIATE SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
☻ Saturdays 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM ☻ Sundays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM ☻
Advanced
This is an advanced elementary course in public speaking and debate. Students who enroll in this class are expected to have taken at least 2 prior semesters (1 academic year) of speech and debate. The goal of this class is for all students to continue building upon their skills in speech and debate and further advance in platform, unprepared, and debate events in preparation for competitive middle school speech and debate classes.
This class teaches both speech and debate and places an equal emphasis on both activities (50% Speech, 50% Debate). At this stage, students enrolling in this class should have solid foundations in both event types and are expected to perform at an advanced, competition-quality level.
