This is the registration page for our weekly classes for the spring semester. Sessions will be held from 3 January 2022 to 27 May 2022.

Please select up to two classes. If you are selecting two speech classes, please make your second choice known in the notes sections.

If one of your class is intermediate but the other is another level, please make a note of it on the notes section and then submit a form for the other class. You only need to pay once for the whole thing.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS

Students should NOT come to class if he/she is sick. Parents should keep him/her at home (regardless of the sickness being Covid-19 or not) and join an online makeup session instead. If a child comes to class unwell, we will have no choice but to call the parents and have them pick their child up. The child will wait in the lobby and will not be allowed to join his/her classmates. *

YES I UNDERSTAND. I WILL NOT SEND MY CHILD TO CLASS IF HE/SHE IS SICK. IF MY CHILD SHOWS UP TO CLASS SICK, I WILL NEED TO PICK HIM/HER UP AGAIN RIGHT AWAY.

In-person scheduling will need to be more carefully planned than ever, so please notify us if your availability/second alternatives happen to change. We need to be aware of this in case we need to switch your classes. *

YES I UNDERSTAND AND WILL NOTIFY GSA IMMEDIATELY OF ANY CHANGES TO MY CHILD'S AVAILABILITY.

GSA requires students to come to class wearing a mask. They will NOT be allowed to enter the facility without a mask regardless of whether or not they are vaccinated. GSA cannot guarantee that we will have masks available for them to wear, but if we do, you will have to purchase said mask for $5 each time your student forgets. *

YES I UNDERSTAND AND WILL MAKE SURE MY CHILD WEARS A MASK TO CLASS OR WILL PAY THE MASK FEE IF WE FORGET.

Wearing a mask is required during the entire class and the mask must be one where we can see the mouth in order to provide the best coaching experience. Suggestions can be found below. *
