    Online Advanced Class
    Supporting Documents Submission

    NOTES
    • If you have not fulfilled the requirements listed here, you will be asked to pick classes from a lower level. There is no exception to this policy.
    • If you were not in the advanced classes last semester (new student to GSA, GSA student in our intermediate classes, etc), we will follow the procedure outline in our requirement document. If you meet the requirement/threshold for automatic advancement , you will be notified. If you want to be considered for review, we will ask that you turn in everything we have asked for in order for you to be considered. Incomplete applications on deadline date will result in us automatically denying you for review/consideration.
    • Coach recommendations will also be useful to evaluate. Whether you are new or returning please make sure you can provide some recommendation from your prior coach or feedback they provided about you to your parents. This will help in ensuring we make the proper placement. This should be included with the judges feedback document.
    • Note: anyone from our current advanced classes who is failing to meet the requirements of the advanced class can be denied continuation. Please ensure you have fulfilled the requirements by the end of the class. The class expectations are there for a reason and we ask that parents and students abide by them if they plan to be in the class or we do reserve the right to move you.
    • If you don't have all of this information compiled while registering and would like to get the registration process started, you can skip this by clicking here but understand that your final placement won't be confirmed until we have received all required documents. Failure to follow up will lead us to placing you in a lower level class.

Please convert everything into a Google Docs file. Make sure everything is viewable by anyone who has the link.

    What we need:

    2. BALLOTS - Ballots/screenshot compilations of judge feedbacks you've received from a couple of your most recent tournaments. Access it through Tabroom, then merge it into one document. This should be a compete set of ballots from atleast 2 of the most recent tournaments. This should include the good AND the bad.
    3. VIDEO PERFORMANCE - Upload a video of you reading your cases or performing your speech. Google Drive or Youtube links are fine. You can also use your recent tournament recording if any.
    4. WRITING SAMPLES - Blocks/cases for debate or the speech you have written if applying for Platform (write N/A if applying for Interp or Limited Prep, but you still have to submit a video).
